Pleasant house in a pine forest of 8000 metros has the gap of the village, swimming a 3 minute drive, quality swimming nearby, Lagrasse one of the most beautiful village in France was 8 minutes drive, village shops 3 km, beaches the coast 40 minutes, Cathar castles, hiking, walks fétes villages, various cultural events, city of Carcassonne !!
The house is on the ground floor, a large lounge dining room with beautiful views, 1 large screen TV, wifi, kitchen, American fridge, dishwasher, 1 bedroom bed, TV, 1 bedroom bed 2 places plus bathroom. water, sink, shower, wc, 1 bedroom bed 2 places plus bunk bed with bathroom, sink, shower, wc. Séjour de rêve en Corbières
Nous avons passé 3 superbes semaines dans cette maison. Les différentes terrasses ont été très bien pensées pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur à toute heure de la journée et même en cas de pluie ou de vent, puisque l'une est couverte. Une mention spéciale pour la table sous l'amandier et sa guirlande lumineuse qui donne un air de guinguette. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour jouer dehors, pour les petits et les grands. La piscine est évidemment un énorme plus aux vues de la température ! L'environnement est très calme. On n'entend que le chant des cigales ! Même si la route est à proximité, très peu de voiture, on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans problème. Attention à vos animaux, le terrain n'est pas clos. Côté intérieur, c'est une maison rustique et confortable. On s'y sent chez soi dès qu'on arrive. Super équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Frigo américain au top ! A 5 min, à Saint Laurent vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut pour vous ravitailler. Le Spar dispose d'une vraie boucherie où la viande est top ! Petite cerise sur la gâteau, la gentillesse de Cyrille et Marlène ! Nous avons eu l'occasion de rencontrer Emilien, leur fils, son épouse et leur adorable petite fille pour des problèmes de volets. Tous 3, très sympathiques ! Cette maison de famille est vraiment à leur image ! Accueillante et joyeuse !

Een fijn verblijf
Het huis is ruim. De bedden zijn fijn. Er zijn voldoende badkamers. Twee badkamers zijn klein, maar verder prima. De keuken is goed voorzien. De tuin is heerlijk, met genoeg mogelijkheden om te zitten en dingen te doen voor de kinderen. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar goed genoeg voor de kinderen. Enige nadeel was dat er veel muggen waren. Hierdoor konden we 's-avonds alleen buiten zitten met een lange broek en lange mouwen. Ook binnen hadden we last van muggen. Het is nodig om onder een klamboe te slapen. De omgeving is prachtig, met erg leuke restaurantjes in de buurt, een bakker en een kleine supermarkt. Op 20 minuten rijden is een grote supermarkt. Het nabij gelegen riviertje is een stukje paradijs op aarde.

Grand gite agréable pour une famille.
On a apprécié d'avoir une salle d'eau / bain et wc pour chaque chambre. De beaux volumes. De grands espaces exterieurs piscine assez grande, balançoire, trampoline.. tout y est pour les enfants. Le seul bémol : odeur de fuel au niveau de la chambre du fond. Vu imprenable sur la nature. Pas de voisin proche, tranquilité assurée.

Calme et détente
Séjour très agréable, propriétaire tres arrangeant, disponible en cas de besoin par téléphone se déplace si besoin. (Mais pas envahissant). Maison au calme au milieu des vignes, tres bien équipée. les enfants on profité de la piscine, des jeux et la nature à leur disposition. Je conseille vivement.
