"The area is beautiful. An unspoilt part of France that has much to offer. Jenny our host lives next door to this traditional gite. She met us on arrival and was hugely welcoming. "This is the perfect holiday home! The house is spacious, modern and so well equipped with everything you could need. The owner Matthieu lives nearby and was so helpful and friendly. "According to Catherine, we were the first English to stay at the property. Presumably most Brits come to Normandy to see the Beaches and WW2 memorials. But there's so much more - and the very comfortable and well equipped la P'tite Maison provides an excellent base to visit towns like Bayeux, Caen and Falaise (with memories of conquests 900 years earlier), and attractive countryside like the Suisse Normande. Give it a try: we recommend it!"

"Très bien accueilli part la gentillesse, l'écoute de Celine la propriétaire du gîte. Avec en plus des petits présents offert a l'arrivée. Lit très confortable, ont y dort paisiblement. Endroit très calme, tv; les chaînes ne sont pas toutes accessibles. Cuisine très bien équipée rien à dire sur ça. Pour nôtre part ont n'a pas pu utiliser la piscine part faute de temp."

"The property is amazing. We felt Yolaine and Jean-Pierre undersold the property. It is amazing. The location one one side of the valley provides the most amazing view. The heated pool is much bigger than the photos suggest and the patio area is much more generous than it appears. There is also loads of shaded grassy space. We spend days and days not even leaving the house and garden."

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

"A lovely place. The man on the reception there (sorry I didn't catch his name) was so helpful throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom looked new and was very spacious. There was a 2-headed very powerful shower and a huge sink. We enjoyed a drink from the bar when we came bath from our day out. We would definitely stay as it was such goof value and a really pleasant experience. "
