A well stocked kitchenette if you wanted to cook for yourself The hotel was quiet despite seeming to have a lot of guests. Great location not too far from the centre of Lille. "I wasn't so happy with the property. Our first night was horrible. The room became so cold at around 3 or 4am. I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. Normally if you enter a hotel or aparthotel you get the towels for the number of days you are staying i,e 4 days, then 4 towels for every person. Next the soap, shampoo or lotion. They gave us only one pair of small.bottles shampoo, hairbody and lotion and...

"all good , couple of notes from myself to make experience exceptional, 1 ) the person who make the booking should be allocated to the best room in house. mine was off the street , there were no disturb but i can see a problem comoing from there 2) there was drainage odour which was unpleasant "

"It seems that the host has a special opinion about what "Lux" means. When we arrived at the place, it was quite cold and there was no guidance on how to turn on the heating and the thermostats on the radiators were covered with rubber, preventing us from adjusting the temperature. Additionally, there wasn't enough bedding for the three of us. Only one bed was prepared, and I had to personally go to the host owned hotel to complain and ask for extra bedding.
