Lovely stay
House was as described, pool was fantastic, owner was very helpful. There were challenges with having a small child but we had a great visit. Outdoor kitchen was very well equipped.

Good looking average property in need of some TLC
We arrived at the property in Tourbes and were pleasantly surprised with its modern appearance. The property was clean and the general condition of the interior was good; some of furniture and appliances a little worse for wear. The advert states children welcome, but there were a number of ceramic ornaments around which is a magnet for little people. The raised (wooden) deck is also worn with some areas a little dangerous underfoot if you were not careful and there were no railings around the deck. The facilities of the property were good but there is no freezer in the main house. Because of the heat, we had to keep the shutters closed of the bedrooms to stand some chance of keeping the rooms cooler than the (high) ambient temperature. We found the only way to keep the house cool was to open all the doors and let the breeze blow through which, unfortunately brought along with it some of the local bugs. Perhaps some form of alternate cooling for the bedrooms and lounge area would be a consideration for the future. At our request, the owner did provide 2 fans, but unfortunately they were not powerful enough and quite noisy and unusable at night time. With that said, we had a very good stay; the weather was hot and the pool very welcoming and although surrounded by other properties, it was quiet and quite private. The person who met us on the first day, Jacques, was very polite and an excellent ambassador of the owners. He went through all we needed to know and removed some of the ornaments we were concerned about. He also did some remedial work on the deck to make it a little more safe for us. We have stayed in Tourbes and the surrounding area for many years. The village is a typical French village surrounded by vineyards with the usual local shops, restaurant, post office etc. and it has a small market one day a week as well as other events through the summer. It is very close to Pezenas, which is an old and very lovely town, that has all the main shops, a large paved shopping area, many coffee shops and Artisan Boulangeries.

Diese Villa war die mit Abstand die wir bisher gemietet hatten !!! Der Pool war wunderbar das Haus sehr Sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht . Die Gegend ist schön ruhig und auch nicht allzu weit von schönen Stränden entfernt . Die Besitzer sehr nett und freundlich !!! Wir kommen gerne wieder !!! Liebe Grüße Adrien und Anne

Nous avons passé 2 semaines extrêmement reposantes dans cette jolie villa entretenue et décorée avec goût par Aurore et Guy. Tout est pensé pour y être à la fois pratique et confortable, tant à l'intérieur, qu'à l'extérieur. La grande piscine chauffée, la cuisine d'été sont très agréables. Les propriétaires, qui vivent à proximité sont discrets et réactifs. Ils connaissent toutes les bonnes adresses de la région. Une belle expérience à renouveler !

Si vous aimez le calme, c'est l'endroit idéal. La maison et l'ensemble du complexe correspondent exactement à 100 % à ce que l'on voit sur les photos et offrent tout le confort et les commodités que l'on peut souhaiter pour un séjour de détente. Pour nous, c'est le meilleur logement que nous ayons loué jusqu'à présent. Les propriétaires Guy et Aurore étaient très aimables, accommodants, serviables et disponibles à tout moment pour répondre à nos questions. Un séjour fantastique dans cette villa spacieuse grand luxe décorée avec goût et des prestations de grande qualité. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Un cadre sublime et un vrai bonheur ! Tout est propre et comme neuf, ce qui donne fortement envie de respecter ce lieu comme votre propre demeure. L’accueil était parfait. La maison est idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Hormis la météo délicate, tout le reste fût parfait et grâce à cette villa cela n’a même pas gâché notre séjour dans ce magnifique endroit.

Kort en bondig samengevat :je krijgt wat je ziet . Zeer mooie woning in een rustig dorp.Het hele huis is voorzien van airco , wat zeker geen overbodige luxe is tijdens de zomermaanden .Mooie en ruime slaapkamers en zeer veel opbergruimte .De keuken in huis en de buitenkeuken zijn zeer goed ingericht. In Tourbes zelf enkel het hoogst noodzakelijke te vinden maar op een vijftal minuten rijden bevind zich Pezenas met grootwarenhuizen , bakkers , banken , restaurants en een gezellig oud stadscentrum. Op een halfuurtje rijden ben je aan zee .Ideaal voor een rustige vakantie .

Ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter Aurore und Guy Nicolas. Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit haben zu einem gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen. In dem schönen und sauberen Haus mit herrlichem Pool haben wir (6 Erwachsene/1 Kind) uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sommerküche war ein zusätzliches Highlight. Auch das beschauliche Dorf und die geringe Entfernung zum Meer und nach Pezenas gefielen uns sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schöne sonnige Ferien!
Abwicklung und Einweisung verlief vollkommen unkompliziert, die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Anlage entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir haben die Ruhe am Haus und mit eigenem Pool sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist sehr gut geeignet für Unternehmungen, wie Fahrten ans Meer und in die Berge.

Très belle location spacieuse bien équipée et au calme.
Très belle location. Très spacieuse , bien équipée. Terrasse + piscine + cuisine d’été = très bien conçues très agréables à vivre. Un lave vaisselle dans cuisine d’été serait bienvenu pour un confort au top. Aucun bruit de voisinage ou de circulation. Tourbes est un petit village tranquille et proche de beaucoup sites touristiques grâce à la proximité de l’A75.
