We stayed in the family two-story suite, which was not only perfectly suited to our family of four but also an absolute delight. The spacious layout, thoughtful design, and playful charm made it an unforgettable part of our stay. The hotel’s thoughtfulness was truly exceptional. Prior to our arrival, we mentioned that it was our daughter’s 10th birthday. To our delight, they surprised her with a beautifully crafted chocolate dessert and a charming stuffed animal, creating a magical moment that touched our hearts. This thoughtful gesture perfectly encapsulated the extraordinary level of care and attention to detail that defines Fleur de Loire. The culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional. Chef Christophe Hay is a true artist, and every meal was a celebration of flavor and quality. From breakfast to lunch, dinner, and the divine patisserie creations, we were consistently in awe of the impeccable execution and extraordinary flavors. "The room was beautiful and amazing, perfect for a family of four or five. The dining option was alright and convenient if one does not want to leave the hotel but for the price paid, the food was nothing outstanding and the service was slow. The breakfast option was great although we were given false information by the receptionist that it was included in our booking so during checkout I was unpleasantly surprised with the extra amount. We had to ask for soap in the room as both the bottles in the shower and sink were empty. The door of the toilet could not be closed as there were these metal hangers on it. There wsa a rusty roller table by the sink that did not match the rest of the furniture. Overall, a good night's stay after visiting the nearby castle but maintenance is definitely needed."
