The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this flat for rent in Toulouse. It's in a lovely, quiet location with parking, near the Patte d'Oie metro station (line A), and not far from the Clinique Pasteur and the Zénith. Located on the 2nd floor, this 42 m² apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and comprises a lounge, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, a separate toilet and a parking space. Shared swimming pool. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, etc.

- A shower room with shower, washbasin, mirror and drawers

- Balcony with table and chairs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space.

Aucune surprise, c’était parfait !
Très bon week-end passé à Toulouse. Logement proche des transports en commun, vélo cité et des commerces. A 15 min du centre. Avec une piscine dans la résidence, quand il fait 38 degrés c’est très agréable !!

Contrairement à l’annonce, il est plus proche de l’arrêt de métro Arènes en passant par le passage sous terrain de la gare Saint Cyprien-Arènes (bien que cela se joue à quelques minutes près). Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de description ni de photos de la piscine de la résidence qui a pourtant le mérite d’exister lors de fortes chaleurs. Mise à part la vaisselle pas tout à fait propre, le logement était parfait ! Mention spéciale pour Gwenola qui a toujours été là en cas de besoin !"

Nous avons découvert Toulouse et avons apprécié le charme de cette ville, tout comme la gentillesse de ses habitants. Le contact avec l'agence de location s'est très bien passé. Ils se sont montrés très précis dans leurs explications et sont restés disponibles et réactifs même le dimanche ! L'appartement est très agréable: confortable, calme, très bien équipé, très bien situé. Nous avons apprécié le fait de bénéficier d'un garage couvert. L'adresse est à recommander.
