You are 200m walk from the L9 bus stop of the Union shopping center (restaurants, supermarkets ...), which takes you to the Borderouge metro in 10 minutes, (you are then 15 minutes from the historic center of Toulouse). You will therefore be quiet and close to all amenities and activities for your family or business stays: the Sunday market is at the end of the street, the Calicéo center (swimming pool, spa, massages ...) is 2.7km away, the Saint-Caprais lake (hiking, fishing) is 2km away, the Montrabe equestrian center and golf course are 5 km away. You are also on the road to the Tarn department (Gaillac at 54km and Albi at 74km).
