"The staff was amazing at this property they help in anyway they can. The rooms were OK and super clean. The food was great and enough, but they don’t have alcohol on the premises. You have to bring your own alcohol and they serve it for you or you serve yourself the pool and the amenities were great, the stuff beyond to help in anyway they can. Transportation is easy overall I give it five out of five if you were travelling with small children. "

"Our family stay at Relais Esmeralda was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mohamed, whose kindness made our experience even more enjoyable. The Moroccan cuisine, lovingly prepared by a wonderful lady, was a highlight of our stay—every dish, especially the tagines, was an absolute delight. The setting of Relais Esmeralda is enchanting, combining tranquility, comfort, and authentic decor that invites relaxation. The suites are spacious, elegantly decorated, and provide all the comfort needed for a restful stay. We also loved the activities on offer, particularly the quad and buggy excursion to the Agafay desert, a truly memorable adventure. Located just 35 km from Marrakech, this peaceful haven is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Atlas Mountains. We were captivated by this magical place and can't wait to return."

"Absolutely amazing property. Such wonderful attention to detail in the architecture, layout, location. The common spaces are so peaceful and beautiful. Lovely pools. Rooms immaculately clean and well furnished in cool style. All the staff, from the restaurant to the housekeepers were so kind and helpful, and of course professional. Only negative point was the food which was a bit overpriced for what it was. Otherwise a lovely place we'd certainly be happy to visit again. "

"This was a fabulous "camp" with super comfortable and clear tents that were air conditioned. The pool was amazing, as was the tent for meals. It was a small camp, which made it quiet and peaceful"

"Beautiful room and pool. Easy walk to lake and village. Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar. Would definitely recommend hotel for a quiet, restful break."
