"This is wonderful ground floor apartment in an old mill. It is beautifully furnished. The grounds are lovely and spacious and our children loved running around in the woods up the hill and playing in the pool. Also, seeing the herons in the weir. The town is lovely with all the amenities you could require. Burgundy also has a great deal to offer. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. No rowdy crowds of tourists here. "The property was exactly as described and very comfortable Francoise and Benoit could not have been kinder or more accommodating and we had a wonderful 5 days. It is close to everything one wants to see, all in the most bucolic and beautiful countryside.An additional benefit is "la Pause Rabutin" on the corner, which is a delightful cafe. The property itself is a stone's throw away from chateau Rabutin, well worth a visit. I would be happy to return here at any time!"

"Our holiday was booked in January 2020, and due to Covid we had to wait 2 and a half years to take our vacation. It was certainly worth the wait. It was exactly what it said on the tin. "Nice studio, would be better with a bed and not a clikclak. Building entrance very ugly, smelly and dirty. Poor explanation from the manager regarding the access, and ultimately got angry because we did not put the keys at the right place and hanged up the phone...."

"Best location, very clean, had everything we needed. good size and plan. Silent. No elevator, the apartment is in a pedestrian street so no cars. That's wonderful, but also hard if you have many heavy bags. You can get the car about 50 m from the entrance. I would definitely go there again."
