"It is a great hotel, but for summer or spring season is not very recommended, it does not have air conditioning and rooms can get very very hot. Aside from that inconvenience, the hotel is on a great spot, just steps from the main train station. Breakfast is great!"

"Check in was efficient. Room had Lovely view of Barfusskirche and weather that allowed for open windows. Easy walking distance from Bahnhof (even with heavy suitcase), and the delightful Kraemerbrueke. Somewhat loud on the street at night but not too bad. Room was very clean. Breakfast room was sunny and well staffed with bread, eggs (boiled or scrambled), all kinds of cheese and meats, jams, honey, and several types of tea. Standard coffee machine that produces standard coffee. "

"I was surprised to learn there was no office reception and check in was handled online to obtain door codes. Via phone this was resolved by a very good customer service person who walked me through the process. I stayed for two days. There was no housekeeping offered. I used up all the free coffee. In general this was a value for my money. "
