"The Hotel property was excellence, i stayed in a pool villa very comfortable. Easy access to beach. The food in restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffet was very good, all 5 star. Service on the other hand 3 star. Villa gatw security guard was not there one night and then continued i to next day. Dont lock the gate if guests need to open and lock it. Laundry service poor. They show a picture of a rice cooker, a hot pot and a drink kettle but when I asked them about it, they said no that is for a different type of room, but the pictures were listed for the room that I reserved. They’re dishonest And the area is some distance from the commercial area and they air-conditioning took four hours to cool off the room and the Wi-Fi was not working the first day had to change to a different after complaining "
