"When we arrived at the Griffin, to our surprise, our reservation was canceled. Apparently, the Griffin had a water leak and were in the process of repairing the damage. They said that an email was sent to us canceling our reservations 2 days prior. We were on a cruise at the time and did not get this email because we had no service while on the cruise. "If I could rate our stay 10000/10 I would. Staff friendliness and kindness went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was impressive and the bed made us feel like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was lovely as well. Also it’s a 15 minute walk to Burley Village.
