Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. "This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels.
