"The location is beautiful, no street lights so you can see the stars. A lot of rooms nice for a large party. The tv was broken, wifi lagged. We noticed the neighbors are weird, we would go for a walk and it seemed a truck would be out front and be there for a while, it happened more than once. Lovely house, I’d recommend but it’s not worth the price in my opinion.. also the community is mostly retired people, so the food that is near isn’t that great, Walmart is 20 minutes out from the house...

"I enjoyed the decor which included a variety of interesting art pieces, none of the ubiquitous Eat, Love, Laugh dreck. My privacy was respected and I felt safe, knowing the owners were within reach. Nice early morning sunrise view and close access to the Usery Mountain Reserve. Communication was minimal and I had to reach out for check-in instructions. "

"Spent most of our time attending Spring Training games. One suggestion, but maybe I couldn't find it, was to have a plunger available in case of toilet plugging up. We did need one, not for the toilets, but for the side bathroom shower. Drain in shower stopped up to the point, we were standing in at least 3-4" of bath water."

"Lots of space to accommodate our group. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We were very disappointed about the heating of the pool and hot tub. Our expectations, especially after paying a premium for heat, were that the pool would stay heated and the hot tub would always be hot. Only one can be heated at a time and it takes awhile after messaging the host. We also had two times when it wouldn’t even work. The owner did right by us and refunded a fair portion of the heating...

"This is a nice home and the host was responsive. It is comfortable for a couple and in a nice area of Mesa.It would be rated 5 in my estimation except the pool heater didn't operate properly for the first three days of our stay.Once the pool guy came out we had the properly heated pool we paid for in the daily fee.We would come back and stay in this home again."
