Appartement impeccable. Dans l'annonce appartement non fumeur, c'est le cas aujourd'hui partout, aucun problĆØme. Par contre n'est pas prĆ©cisĆ© dans l'annonce que ce n'est pas possible non plus sur la terrasse extĆ©rieure. Il faudrait que ce soit notĆ© dans l'annonce dĆ©taillĆ©e Abritel. Seul bĆ©mol, la cafetiĆØre Ć©lectrique avait beaucoup de mal Ć  fonctionner. Sinon trĆØs bon sĆ©jour.

Fantastisk udsigt
Frit udsyn over havet fra solopgang til solnedgang. I hele oktober kunne vi nyde alle mĆ„ltider og udsigten fra altanen. Fantastisk. Lejligheden levede op til forventningerne. En ekstra lƦnestol vil vƦre en fordel. Alt fungerede. Dejlig swimmingpool og fint med elevator direkte ned til bilen i kƦlderen, Vi nĆød de smĆ„ charmerende turistbyer, isƦr Nerja er en perle. Vi benyttede de smĆ„ bjergstier bag lejlighederne, men savnede lidt bedre stisystemer langs vandet i gĆ„afstand fra lejligheden. Men alligevel er det en lejlighed.med den fantastiske udsigt som vi gerne vender tilbage til. Udlejjningsbureauet havde vi ingen kontakt med, da vi bĆ„de ankom og rejste midt om natten.

Nous avons passons 10 jours merveilleux dans cette location. L'appartement est conforme Ć  l'annonce. La vue mer est magnifique et le balcon trĆØs bien amĆ©nagĆ©. Chambres climatisĆ©es, trĆØs propres et confortables. La place de parking dans le garage est un atout apprĆ©ciable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et n'hĆ©siterons pas Ć  y revenir.

Perfekt fĆ¼r Familien-Badeurlaub am Strand und Pool
- Die Hausverwaltung funktioniert auch ohne persƶnlichen Kontakt gut und reibungslos. - Die Wohnung ist ca. 300 m vom STrand entfernt. Der Strand ist nicht Ć¼berfĆ¼llt; sehr angenehm. - Der Pool war fĆ¼r uns und unsere Kinder sehr gut. Ca. gut 20 m lang. Die Anlage wird laufend gepflegt. - Die Wohnung hat 2 Schalfzimmer, die fĆ¼r 2 Wochen Urlaub angemessen groƟ sind. Das gleiche gilt fĆ¼r KĆ¼che und Wohnzimmer. Lediglich der Balkon kƶnnte etwas grĆ¶ĆŸer sein. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut; Marmorbƶden. Die Wohnung wird gepflegt. Das Haus wurde ca. im Jahr 2009 gebaut (lt. Aufzug). - Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz liegt 10 m entfernt vom Aufzug; perfekter Komfort. - KĆ¼chenausstattung ist gut. Alles da.
