This Amazing 1 bedroom Seaview large Apartment comes with fantastic seaviews from the terrace. All rooms are fully Air-conditioned with spacious living areas, satellite TV, equipped modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, diswasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and tumble dryer. Parking is included. Dining table sets in living room, for relaxation on terrace you have table , chairs and sun-loungers.

From the apartments you can visit all interesting tourist places easily. The stunning seaview, quietness of this apartment is ideal to enjoy the surroundings. Perfect for guests seeking getaway in a tranquil area but close to amenities. In the apartment you have total privacy, quiet and secure. Indoor private parking included. Near the complex there are several restaurants and bars on the beach.

The apartment is situtated just 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. There are bus and train service from Malaga to Torrox but we always recommend car to be able to enjoy the best landscape and villages along the coast. The apartments are excellent base for trips to interesting tourist places just 8 minutes drive to Nerja Oldtown where you can visit The Caves of Nerja, Malaga (30 minutes), Granada (an hour & quarter) where you can visit the magical Alhambra, a Moorish Palatine town.

Wonderful accommodations in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were modern and very clean. The location was also great for us. It was outside of Nerja, which was quite busy and full of tourists, but within a 5 minute drive to the town. We enjoyed being out of the town with the view of the med and only a 5 minute walk down the street to the beach. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation!

We got bigger apartment with big terrace and 2 bedrooms There was no cellucar connection, so only wi-fi calls if needed Nice and tidy apartment, pool area clean and taken care. Great garage space underneath the building, easy to access to apartment with lift Location is on a steep hill, with great view to the sea. Also few restaurants nearby, just walk 5-10 min

The property was pleasant light airey and well eqwuiped. I considered a car essential as it is located between Nerja and Torrox Costa walking into town would not be pleasant. I would not rent a large car as the parking space is tight

The apartment was outstanding. The balcony, views and pool. Small problem was that kettle leaked when pouring. The biggest problem was distance from office where you have to sign in and get keys to apartment, approximately 10 minutes up a steep hill. 10 minutes away from restaurants, which often close at 5pm or 7pm, which were not the best. We did get a lift from the office to the apartment by a manager, don’t know if this is done all the time. Although the complex has a lift, the walk to and from the restaurants and bus stop, approximately 15 minutes is not easy for people with walking difficulties. Main town of Torrox Costa approximately 45 minute walk, carried out twice during stay. Nerja is a 90 minute walk away, only done it once. Got to know local taxi drivers in town and was able to phone and get picked up. Which was on a regular basis. More cost. Overall apartment brilliant, area not the best, Sandy beach was more like cement shingle and pebble. Not an area I would visit again. Possibly a stay in Nerja, maybe.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir hatten einen Super-Aufenthalt in dem Objekt. Der Beschrieb für die Wohnung im Netz passt zu 100 %. Konnten Sogar von Balkon aus Delphine sehen - leider nur kurz - aber immerhin. Die Wohnung war ruhig und sehr sauber sowie sehr bequem zu erreichen. Direkt aus der Tiefgarage geht es mit dem Aufzug (1 Etage) direkt vor die Wohnungseingangstür - krass. Das ist sicher auch für Personen mit Handicap leicht zu bewältigen. Zusammenfassend für uns ideal - nicht im Trubel mit vielen Menschen. Wir bedanken uns.

We left feeling disappointed with this apartment. From the pictures I was expecting a modern apartment and complex. It probably was 10 years ago and I feel this is when the photos must of been taken as quite honestly, the complex just feels run down. It could do with a lick of paint everywhere. The apartment was ok, it smelt abit fusty when we first got in and it could have done with a thorough clean, still few hairs in bathroom, mirror could of done with a better clean, side of the bath. The highlight was the view from the balcony, looking straight over the sea, it was beautiful, we also got sun until late. Again, balcony could of done with a good clean, the railings were filthy, the walls stained as on the fronts of the buildings. I’m not sure what this was, at first we thought it might be dust from the building works going on behind but there was never anything on our outside table so think maybe it was just years of weather. Kitchen was fine, had a problem with ants on the work surface though, seemed to be a problem with ants throughout the complex. Which brings me onto the pool area, it is beautifully kept with another stunning view of the sea. Yet there are no sun loungers?????? At the time we booked it clearly said their were loungers round the pool but when I rang reception the lady said they’d not put them out this season! I said about the description clearly stating it should have these and she was very apologetic but nothing she could do. We were expected to lay on the grass on our towels but you just ended up with ants crawling all over you and we ended up with quite a few bites. I don’t think this is acceptable at all, I did complain to Vrbo but have yet to receive a response. Beach is ok, black sand & pebbles. Beach bars have loungers on the beach ranging from €8-€10 (2 beds) for the day. Beach bars are also lovely. Walk to Torrox is about 30 minutes, few restaurants there. We tended to get a taxi to Nerja which we loved and if we returned would probably stay there. Booking taxis proved a little difficult sometimes, we were never sure what the apartments were actually called. 9/10 we got away with saying Calaceite apartments and they knew where to go. Overall we had a good holiday but that’s because we made it that way, I would of rather known what I was booking instead of being shocked on arrival. I would suggest updating the photo’s and description to better match what you actually get.

El trato del personal es magnífico.
Es un apartamento amplio con buena terraza, con buenas vistas al mar. Buenos colchones. 2 hamacas en la terraza. La plaza de garaje es algo estrecha pero está bien. La piscina está bien cuidada y se accede fácilmente desde el apartamento. Hay playa que se puede ir andando pero tiene demasiadas piedras y encima había medusas, pero bueno con el coche te acercas a otra playa y solucionado. El trato del personal es muy bueno. Tanto las señoritas de recepción, como por correo electrónico. No le doy todas las estrellas por la limpieza. Somos un matrimonio con un hijo de 4 años y no somos muy quisquillosos pero la limpieza la tendrían que mejorar. Menaje sucio, wc sucio, cocina sucia, la casa se empezó a llenar de hormigas el segundo dia y no sé por donde salían. El último día estaban hasta en la cama. Pero bueno las hormigas no nos dan asco. Lo peor en el garaje siempre te encontrabas alguna cucaracha. Vale que es un garaje pero las había muertas, vivas... lo peor fue el penúltimo día sobre la 1 de la tarde estábamos en la piscina y vimos una cucaracha en el agua. Mira que he ido a piscinas en el mar y la verdad que nunca me había pasado. No era pequeña no, era grande. Y de donde salió,? si la piscina está en una altura considerable. Y llevábamos desde las 12 y estaba el socorrista tambien y no vimos nada en el agua, pues no lo sé, una señora la vio y salió del agua y de la piscina a toda pastilla. Se agradece que dejen llevar mascotas. Llevamos a mi yorkshire, aunque pagamos un suplemento, pero no en todos los sitios dejan a mascotas aunque sea la mía que pesa 5 kg Resumiendo el trato con la agencia fue muy bueno pero debería mejorar la limpieza del apartamento. Y no sé, las cucarachas se que en la playa pues hay varias pero te esperas que en un sitio asi no haya tantas. Muchas gracias.

Stunning apartment with huge wrap around balcony and a breathtaking view
We loved it here. Nice beaches here and cute little restaurants but would highly recommend a car to venture further. The apartment and host was great. Remember to pack beach towels - we forgot!
