House in La Moledera for 8 people.

Rustic style house in an exceptional location with sea views and 2 kms from the center of Estartit.

On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom and a suite. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchenette and a suite. In front there is a magnificent terrace with barbecue and spectacular views. At the back is a patio where you can eat in the shade when it’s hotter.

The exterior of the house is very quiet, surrounded by pine trees and at the foot of the Rocamaura mountain. It has a communal area with a large swimming pool, garden and children's playground.

The perfect oasis for your vacation!

Bed linen is included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when booking at a price of € 5 per person.

Super séjour
Maison fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et spacieuse. Superbe vue du balcon. A 2 pas de la piscine communautaire qui est très agréable. Nous avons eu les clefs rapidement mais le problème c est que le ménage n était pas fait, cependant après avoir contacté l agence le problème a été de suite réglé tout comme l absence de bouteille de gaz pour le barbecue. L agence est réactive. Le seul bémol c est les arrivées qui se font entre 17h et 19h ce qui fait tard ... Le plus de la maison est la plancha, barbecue ainsi que la climatisation dans la chambre du haut. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!
