Mediterranean house, friendly, perfect for families or people looking for tranquillity in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Terrace and garden overlooking the sea and the nature reserve of the Medes Islands. At 50m of the house there are the community pool, the tennis court and a playground for children. There is an ongoing maintenance and conciergerie. Parking is in front of the house. The house is located near the centre of the town, but far away enough to avoid noise and crowds during the months of July and August.

Séjour parfait :)
Une vue magnifique sur la baie de l'Estartit de jour comme de nuit. Maison proche du centre ville et de la plage, accessibles à pied. Retour très sportif par les escaliers ! Terrain de tennis et piscine parfaitement entretenus, environnement calme et convivial. Maison très bien équipée mais un peu juste au delà de 6 personnes pour les repas à l'intérieur comme en terrasse. La climatisation ou des ventilateurs seraient appréciables dans les chambres, surtout en période de forte chaleur. Echanges parfaits avec la propriétaire comme avec Mr et Mme VAN DONGEN. Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans laquelle nous avons passé un excellent séjour :)

Séjour formidable
Propriétaires extrêmement bienveillants et prévenants. Vue époustouflante sur les îles Medes et le port. Accès facile au centre ville ( même à pieds pour les sportifs). Maison très bien équipée, dans un style traditionnel, où nous avons tenu assez confortablement à 2 couples + 4 enfants. La buanderie est super pratique pour des plongeurs. Piscine de la résidence calme, et agréable. Merci pour ce super séjour!

Maison avec magnifique vue - idéale 6 personnes max
Maison bien située (et donc sur les hauteurs) avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de l'Estartit. Proche des chemins de randos et du centre ville (avec des escaliers à réserver aux sportifs). Maison très bien équipée - prévue pour 9 personnes mais en réalité idéale pour 6 (1 seule douche praticable à la fois), et table à manger de 6 personnes max). Avec 9 personnes (adultes et ados), le retour de plage était un peu long...mais pas grave ce sont les vacances !

La casa está muy bien, tenía todo lo necesario para poder estar allí cómodamente (trapos, bayetas, productos de limpieza, jabón de manos...) Se aparca en la puerta y las zonas comunes (piscina y pista de tenis) están al lado. Se llega a la playa en 10-15 minutos andando (escaleras). Tiene muy bonitas vistas. Se pueden empezar excursiones a calas desde allí mismo. Han sido muy atentos con todo desde el momento de la reserva hasta el último día.

Hemos estado 7 personas muy bien, la dueña muy amable y pendiente de que estuviera todo perfecto. La casa muy acogedora y con unas vistas al puerto muy bonitas. Al lado de la pusta de tenis y la piscina.

Elegir esta hermosa casa para nuestras vacaciones en familia ha sido todo un acierto. Está completamente equipada y llena de encanto; las vistas al puerto deportivo y las Medes son preciosas. La tranquilidad y el descanso están asegurados. Tranquilitat i relax
Hem gaudit dues setmanes d'una estada tranquila i acollidora, una casa ideal per famílies, amb piscina i tenis, instal·lacions molt netes i ben cuidades. Es poden visitar moltes cales i pobles amb encant. Molt bona ubicació de la casa per desplaçar-se i fer turisme a la Costa Brava. Agraïm a la Núria, la nostra amfitriona, l'atenció rebuda en tot moment, i a la Marcela i en Marco, l'acollida tan agradable durant la nostra estada. Esperem poder repetir a les properes vacances!

Ein toller Urlaub
Ein großzügiges Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage mit Pool (ca. 30 m entfernt) und man hat einen super Ausblick auf Hafen und Meer. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen vollkommen der Wirklichkeit. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Hätte es Probleme gegeben (gab es aber nicht) hätten diese jederzeit mit ihr beprochen und gelöst werden können. Kurzum - ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir können dieses Domizil nur empfehlen.

Le séjour fut parfait, entre l'état impeccable de la maison, la situation idéale, le confort, la très belle vue panoramique, nous n'avons vraiment manqué de rien. nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine. La maison est vraiment sympa. Bien situé sur les hauteurs de L Estartit à 800 m de la plage et des commerces. Piscine super agréable et terrain de tennis accessible situés à 15 m seulement de la maison. Tout était super pour de belles vacances en famille et entre amis.

Un oasi de tranquilitat per la familia.
Hem passat deu dies fantàstics en un entorn tranquil i aïllat a 5 minuts de la platja i del centre de l'Estartit. La casa perfectament acondicionada i amb un tracte immillorable. La piscina un 11 sobre 10, gràcies al sr. Antonio ;-). En resum, unes molt bones vacances i un lloc recomenable 100%. Si s'escau que tornem per la zona, gairebé segur que tractarem de repetir.

Un petit paradis à l'Estartit
Nous sommes venus avec enfants et petits-enfants. Nous sommes arrivés dans une location bien entretenue, en tous points conforme au descriptif. Nous avons apprécié la maison pour sa localisation (à proximité d'une très belle plage de sable fin), pour son calme, pour son agréable aménagement intérieur très fonctionnel, pour la facilité de parking et pour l'accès à la splendide piscine privée de la résidence. Possibilités de magnifiques balades dans les environs. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnées. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable et nous recommandons sans réserve cette location.

Un vrai délice
Nous sommes deux familles, nous avons passé trois semaines d'août, c'est notre quatrième année. Ce sont des vacances de rêve, les propriétaires font tout pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. La vue, les plages, la piscine, le tennis sont un vrai régale. Des vacances idéales
Nous sommes deux familles et avons très apprécié cette maison. D'ailleurs c'est notre deuxième année. Il y a une vue en surplomb superbe sur la mer, le port, les plages et toute la baie. L'un de nous allait faire de la plongée sous-marine dans la réserve, nous allions à la plage ou dans la très agréable piscine privée de la résidence. Barcelone se trouve proche et le musé Dali est un régale. Nous avons déjà réservé pour 2014 en passant de deux à quatre semaines . Des propriétaires très attentionné nous ont fait installé, durant notre premier séjour, une parabole pour recevoir les chaines françaises sans que nous leur demandions. La seconde année le Wifi avait été mis pour notre confort. En un mot nous aimerions y vivre toute l'année...
