This house, with a capacity for 6 people , is located just 150 meters from the beach in a family-friendly area. This fully equipped house features a private garden, barbecue, and access to a communal swimming pool .

The accommodation offers a garden with furniture and parasol, fenced plot, barbecue, fireplace, iron, and a television. It is spread over two floors, with a living-dining room on the ground floor along with a private terrace-garden where you can relax and enjoy the barbecue. On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with bunk beds and a single bed, and a suite with a double bed and a small balcony. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and washing machine, and another with a bathtub.

The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell , a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava . You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. In addition, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
