"This place is such a gem. It’s incredibly private, surrounded by farm land. Despite its privacy, you are 5 mins from a fantastic local grocery store with local produce and meat. The house is so artistically restored, with beautiful mementos and artifacts around the house. My family really felt like they were staying in a fantastic, beautiful family home for a week. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
