"Teodora è stata di un aiuto incredibile per noi. Abbiamo avuto delle conversazioni fantastiche. La guest house era bellissima, pulita e accogliente. La stanza era spettacolare, con una vista incredibile sulla città. Ho apprezzato le caratteristiche sostenibili dell'hotel. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra lontano da casa. Il ristorante lì vicino è stato molto accomodante e la gente del posto ci ha accolto calorosamente. Ho adorato tutto il tempo che abbiamo trascorso lì, è stato un posto davvero speciale da visitare. "When I see near perfect online reviews, I’m sometimes suspicious if they’re ‘real’ reviews. But after staying here I’m wondering why everyone didn’t give perfect reviews. “Wow!” This property is beautiful! The location, property, rooms, and service were all outstanding. Our stay was in mid-March and while there was still a wintery feel outside, the trees were starting to bud and we had amazing weather. It’s very peaceful at this location with beautiful views all around. The room was beautiful and had a rustic feel but was clean, well designed, well decorated, great use of space, and had modern amenities. The communities in the area are enjoyable and there are natural as well as historical attractions in the area. The previous two places we had stayed on our road trip vacation had horrible beds. We were so relieved to arrive and find a very comfortable and spacious bed that allowed us to get great sleep. My only complaint about the room is that the headboard and footboard of the bed were not actually attached to the frame holding the mattress. Because of this, if I accidentally touched either the headboard or footboard, it easily moved and squeaked a lot. Since I’m taller I had to try to place myself perfectly in the middle to avoid bumping with my head or feet while sleeping. They offer breakfast and dinner services. We only took them up on one day of breakfast since we were out exploring the area all the other times. We hope to be able to go back soon to stay here."

"Vincent, Anna his mother were so nice. They did have a washer but no dryer. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive "

"The house and garden exceeded all our expectations. We loved the photos and description in the listing, which is why we chose it, but the reality was so much better. On arrival, Guglielmo and Luca met us to show us around the house and garden and give us important information. Several times during the holiday, they checked in on us by message, and offered recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They were the perfect hosts. The highlights: the pool is really big and has shallow end and deep end so great for swimming as well as keeping cool. Has great lights too for nightime swimming. The deck and sunbeds have umbrellas for shade and there are places to sit in various parts in the garden - great for morning coffee or aperatifs. The house is homely and very well equipped with all you could possibly need. The undercover patio area is quirky and beautifully decorated with agricultural artefacts a perfect place to sit, eat and relax. The location is ideal - the house is in a tiny hamlet so really peaceful and private but only 5 mins away from San Vito Chietino and within easy driving distance of beautiful beaches on the Costa dei Trabocchi, pretty Italian towns with great history and architecture, the mountains of the Majella National Park and even the Abruzzo Zoo. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. "
