You walk through to a large lounge area, with large patio doors leading onto a southerly facing large balcony.

There are 3 bedrooms, the master has a kingsize bed with ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a twin bed.

The master bedroom also has doors leading onto the large balcony.

In front of the apartment block is a lovely swimming pool.

The Neighborhood:
Within 5 minutes walk there are numerous bars, different nationality restaurants and a large supermarket.

You are a few minutes walk from the nearest beach and the Nautilus Restaurant and Bar.

Getting Around:
A car is not essential, however if you wish to explore the surrounding areas it is beneficial.

There are bus stops within a 5 minute walk, which will take you to Cartagena, Torrevieja and Alicante. There is also a local bus service which will take you to Zenia Boulevard

Other Things to Note:
Pool opening hours are 10:30 to 15:30 and 17:00 to 21:00 in Winter and 10.30-15.30 and 17.00-23.00 in Summer.
