Luxury apartment in Nortico 5, suitable for 4/5 people, on the 2nd floor in Calle Fragata 46-2-25. With an open kitchen and a stylish livingroom with airco and free internet/wifi. With a spacious balcony and a beautifully furnished bedroom with air conditioning.
The apartment has a open kitchen, elegant living room with airco and internet/wifi, 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, large balcony and a large private roof terrace of 65 m2.
The building have a panoramic lift.

International Sat.HD tv with a lot of channels, radio with cassette, CD-DVD player,free internet/wifi, elec. cooking facility with oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, vacuum cleaner, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron / board, etc.

Quiet location about 5 minutes walk from beach/boulevard and 15 minutes walk to city center. On 100 meters is a big supermarket.

Situation of Torrevieja is about 45 km south of Alicante and is a real typical Spanish town with the “lifestyle” of today.

So there are a lot of Spanish people who enjoy the holidays over here. Because of the natural salt lakes one of the healthiest places in the world. (For a lot of people with psoriases, asthma or a rheumatism illness has these beneficial effects).

A gentle climate in the winter (16 –21 degree C) and more than 320 days of sunshine in the year and a summer which is not to hot it makes Torrevieja to a healthy and lovely place.

Torrevieja has a lot of possibilities for different kinds of sports: golf, schools for martial arts, horseback riding, parasailing, tennis and a lot of water sports. All the beaches are really clean and has rightful earned “ The Blue Flag”, the symbol of the EU.

One of the oldest fishing harbor and marina of Spain is in the middle of the center from Torrevieja and it has also a 3 km long boulevard with a lot of restaurants, bars and many stores.

Every Friday you can visit one of the biggest markets from Spain and daily in the center of Torrevieja there is a trade market.

Arround Torrevieja you find a lot of 18 hole golfcourses.

Good apartment 10 mins to sea
Lovely apartment everything provided for self catering. Apartment has own entrance to roof terrace but rather a steep spiral staircase to get there but only short walk down corridor to use shared entrance. Short walk to 2 beaches and 20 mins to main harbour area.

Annonce mensongere
Le gestionnaire ne parlais qu'hollandais même pas l espagnol. Sur l'annonce appt 120m2 et 5 étoiles avec solarium L appartement devait faire 60 M2 maxi. Accès toit terrasse par un escalier en fer et en colimaçon donnant sur le balcon donc très dangereux puisque le gestionnaire nous a dit qu il vallait mieux sortir de l appt monter au troisième étage et nous a indiquer notre emplacement pas pratique pour manger dehors. Il y avait sur l annonce un garage 😠 garage que l on ne nous pas fait voir car très petit. Donc on ne pouvais pas rentrer la voiture. Je n' ai pas la même conception d un 120 M2 et voudrait savoir qui attribue les étoiles (5). Location pour 2 semaines très décevantes car en plus de tout le reste il y avait un chantier en cours avec du bruit a partir de 8h le matin. Trop cher pour ce produit. A déconseiller fortement Merci de me répondre.

Très bon séjour
Vacances avec mes filles et mon mari L'appartement est parfaitement situé entre la plage et le centre ville. Idéal pour un séjour en famille. Quartier calme et conviviale Maurice qui nous a remis les les clés a été très sympa et fort agréable malgré nos différences de langues. Merci a tous pour ce séjour très agréable.

Très bonnes vacances
Appartement agréable conforme à la description et même plus car le mobilier est de qualité. Bien équipé. Climatisation efficace .Par contre un large bémol concernant le garage, car difficultés de circulation à l'intérieur, piliers, véhicules mal garés, dépassant leur emplacement étroitesse du lieu, et obligation de sortir en marche arrière avec tous les risques d'accrochages que cela implique, surtout comme nous situés au fond du parking.

Appartement mit Dachterrasse.
Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Appartement ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Wenn man selbst kochen will, ist alles reichlich vorhanden. Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck….. Bequeme Betten, große Dachterrasse. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Porte salle de bain ne ferme pas, télécommande de garage ne fonctionne pas( on s s'est dirigé vers le gérant mais pas de réponse) terrasse impraticable (chaise longue et parasol très vétuste)
