Horrible internet. Shower with low pressure. Refrigerator in the room didn't work. There was no parking at the hotel itself, which we were only told about at check-in. Very noisy room! In other words, a bad experience. We had two nights, we only stayed one.

Hotel bem localizado, no centro de Torres e perto da praia. O café da manhã é bem variado, especialmente em bolos. O atendimento é bom. O quarto que fiquei com meus pais tinha vista para uma parede de outra construção, cheia de mofo. Não dava pra saber se estava chovendo ou fazia sol pois estávamos no primeiro andar. A cama e o chuveiro eram bons, mas no geral o hotel precisa de uma grande reforma pois a estrutura é bem antiga. Há quartos colados no restaurante e no café da manhã e o barulho fica bem intenso pra conseguir descansar. A garagem é super apertada para a quantidade de carros que colocam la dentro. Dependendo da vaga e da qtde de carros você precisa de no minimo 2 pessoas para auxiliar na manobra. E ainda custa R$ 35/diária

es lo que es
El check in mal, luego de esperar mi turno de atención el personal me dijo: Si; cuando debió haber recibido feliz y alegre aludiendo a buenos días en que lo puedo ayudar (que me contacten por privado y les indico quien era). La habitación renovada esta muy bien pero es muy pequeña. El baño si bien muy lindo, el flujo de agua esta mal, por ahí sale fría y por ahí muy caliente a tal punto que es peligrosa porque de repente te quema mucho. El desayuno esta por debajo del promedio, es muy básico en comparación con múltiples hoteles de Brasil (es inferior al Life Hotel, inferior al Tulipa) en los cuales me hospede en enero 2024. El lugar donde lo sirven no alcanza para la cantidad de gente, solo 4 variedad de frutas distintas (frutas baratas sandía, uvas, bananas y mamon) no sirven ananá, no sirven mango. El yogur no lo refrigeran, las tortas son 4 variedades de biscochuelo con distinto topping, nada de pastelería elaborada. Comida sin gluten, no sirven. Hubo un solo día que indicaba un biscochuelo de maíz sin gluten pero no es asi, lo sirven junto con los demás y como te imaginaras la gente utiliza cualquier pinza para servirse, es decir esta todo contaminado. Los ascensores si o si deben renovarse. La ubicación es muy buena del hotel, la parte edilicia no me desagrada, pero el desayuno es algo que los huéspedes queres disfrutar y siendo simplemente super básico prefiero otros destinos.

Qdo fizemos o check-in, o box do banheiro não estava bem limpo (tinha restos de pelos e cabelos). A limpeza do banheiro deixava a desejar e o piso do box estava escorregadio, inclusive minha filha acabou caindo. No segundo andar, tem mto barulho pela manhã, devido ser no mesmo andar do Café da Manhã. Na sala da quentucha, deveria ter utensílios para os hóspedes fazer um lanche (copos, talheres, pratos), o ambiente é mto bom, mas fica difícil usá-lo sem esses utensílios.

Deficiências do hotel.
Os funcionários são atenciosos, o café da manhã é muito bom mas o hotel carece de alguns cuidados. Quando cheguei, não havia espaço para o desembarque, o local reservado para isso estava cheio de carros. Os elevadores do hotel precisam urgentemente serem substituídos. São pequenos demais e muito antigos. O estacionamento não deveria ser cobrado à parte e a TV deveria ser à cabo e deveriam dar possibilidade aos hóspedes de poder conectar o Netflix, especialmente em dias chuvosos em que não há nada para fazer na rua... TV com canais abertos hoje em dia, nem nas residências existe mais. É coisa ultrapassada.

Tive problemas na chegada . Não tinha onde estacionar ea recepção me mandou a 300 mts do hotel. Tive que carregar 3 malas num calor muito grande e por uma lomba tudo porque o hotel não tem local pra estacionar o carro pra descarregar as malas.
