Cloged drains(stayed at two different rooms with same problem) Gest have to get authorization from receptionist, then again from parking employees every time you leave the hotels parking.

Pésima experiencia. Me cobraron un no show aún y cuando avisé que mi vuelo habia sido sobrevenido y no pude abordarlo. Entiendo que esto afecta al hotel, pero al dia siguiente que quise realizar el checkin me dieron la habitacion hasta las 3, porque no habia disponibles. También tuve diversos problemas con la chapa de la llave del cuarto, ya que estaba sin bateria o mal programada, tuve que ir y venir al lobby en múltiples ocasiones para que se resolviera el problema. Tambien la llave del lavabo tenia fuga, y habia una cama extra no solicitada dentro del cuarto que quitaba mucho espacio

I had surgery in the hospital next door and recovered in the hotel. They couldn’t have been nicer. The food was delicious.

A True Survivor
I have been staying at this hotel since it was built. It has changed names several times and has withstood the test of time. I know the recent COVID outbreak has really hurt their business. I only will suggest they put a little extra effort into conditioning some of the rooms so they will have less complaints. I feel they will improve. this hotel is unique since it is located in a very quiet neighborhood. it offers a mall which is adjacent. It is located directly across from the Tecnologico de Monterrey College Campus. There are many nice places to dine and visit on the boulevard. That is a great convenience factor. Great Staff!!
