Bathroom was dirty, bedding covers seems like not washed for some time, key reader stop working many time, I have to go to l-o vet to get it resent. We had staying at Hampton Inn properties several times in the US and in Mexico, however this time there was a situation, I need to address the property shows free shuttle to the airport, we have the need to go to the airport october 1 a sunday, this property did not have a driver today and I asked as soon as I check in, I was told they will assist with a taxi, that could not get in, and we were told the property oly provides the shuttle monday to friday, I checked and that is not specifically noted in the hotel amenities, We had to flight back home to the USA. We were so stressed we even contemplate walking to the airport, so we wouldn't miss our flight.

Coming in everything seemed fine. I checked in at 4:30 and my room wasn’t ready. Granted I only waited 5 minutes or so but after an exhausting day of traveling it just felt like an added inconvenience. Here’s the not so fun part. I woke up at 3am to the most putrid smell of sewage water I’ve ever smelled. I had to check the sheets to make sure I didn’t soil myself because the smell was so strong. I had unpacked all my stuff so moving wasn’t an option. I ended up using a pillow shoved up my face to avoid some of the smell but it kept me up for a good hour.
