Its very old and not well maintained. Smells funny, it seems it hasnt been renovated in ages. Carpet has holes, floor is dirty.

Overall a good deal for the price of the property. I will say that their left elevator did not work and I got stuck twice trying to go to the 5th floor. I usually don't get alarmed by these type of things but this was definitely something that made me very uneasy during my stay.
