The villa and cottage are on a hill next to an olive orchard. We had breathtaking views of the rolling hills, the town of Pienza in the distance and beautiful sunsets. "After pay my reservation trough Expedia, at checkout the hotel charged me again the full amount. The reason was they don't know how Expedia works (?). Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. "
