This flat with shared pool is located just 150m from the beach in Torremolinos and is ideal for 4 guests.
Outside, there is a large shared chlorine pool measuring 19 x 8 metres and a constant depth of 2.20m. The area is surrounded by lawns providing a relaxing and spacious environment to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a small football pitch for the more adventurous players.

The flat is located on the first floor with lift access and the bright living/dining room welcomes you. It is equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV. The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep you will find two bedrooms, both with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with a baby.

The property offers a privileged location. Torremolinos, on the Costa del Sol, is a vibrant tourist destination that combines Andalusian tradition with cosmopolitan modernity. Its beaches, such as Playamar or Playa de los Alamos, offer golden sands and calm waters, ideal for relaxation and water sports. In addition, the historic centre is home to charming squares, pedestrian streets and a varied gastronomic offer. Visitors can explore the lively promenade lined with bars, restaurants and shops. Attractions such as La Batería Park and the Molino de Inca Botanical Gardens are also worth a visit.

The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September from 10:00h to 21:00h.
