Welcome to my home!
This 150 m² chalet is in a family-friendly suburb, far enough from the bustling crowds but close enough for a quick drive to the local supermarket to grab your daily essentials.
Upon entering, you will find the living area and an open kitchen, fully furnished with all the amenities to make you and your loved ones comfortable while conveniently cooking and enjoying meals indoors or outside on the private terrace. This level provides direct access to the private pool, which offers splendid views of the surrounding area, with high walls to ensure your privacy.
The ground/topmost level has direct access to the pool via stairs and a large balcony, offering a higher vantage point to admire the scenery.
Each of the four bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, and the fifth has a single bed, all equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
Please note that this house shares a common entrance with another flat, and the pool will be shared with them. The pool will be cleaned every two weeks during the winter months.
The chalet is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Malaga city, bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, is located in the South of Spain in the Andalucia region and an area known as Costa del Sol.
It is the 5th largest city in Spain, with a population of about 600,000 people. It is both a modern business centre of the South and a typical Andalucian town with its relaxed atmosphere.
The history of Malaga dates back to about 3000 years ago, when the Phoenicians first founded the town. The strategic position next to the Mediterranean Sea has made the province a disputed area, occupied in the past by Carthaginians, Romans and Moors. Visitors to Malaga can still see exciting monuments representing different periods in Malaga's history, such as the Roman theatre and the Gibralfaro castle and fortress.
Malaga is best known internationally for its pleasant weather, attractive beaches and many international golf courses. With more than 300 days of sun per year, the Costa del Sol is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. Just 20 minutes West of the centre of Malaga, you find other popular tourist destinations like Marbella, Torremolinos and Benalmadena.
Malaga is not only a popular tourist destination, it is also the business centre of Southern Spain. Malaga airport and harbour are amongst the busiest in Spain, and the newly built Technological Park and International Congress Centre have attracted national and international companies to the area.
The chalet is within walking distance of public transport. However, free street parking is available.

- Playa Bajondillo and the local town are 8 minutes away by car.
- Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is also 8 minutes away by car, depending on traffic conditions.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
