I am inviting you to stay at my 3-bedroom holiday house in Torremolinos. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Calvario, still very close to town centre: Plaza Nogalera is just a 7-8 minute walk from the house.
THE PROPERTY:
The flat comprises 3 good-sized bedrooms, an open plan living room/dining room & kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a patio with a lounge area, outside shower and BBQ facilities. There is also a roof terrace. All fully refurbished in 2018 and equipped with all modern appliances.
The house is a traditional Andalusian style building. The interior and patio have been fully refurbished to a high standard. Here you will enjoy the comfort of a newly furnished, modern home in an authentic and traditional Andalusian setting.
You will have access to the whole flat, the patio and the roof terrace.
The local manager of the property will be available during your stay in case you need anything. Her contact details will be shared with you after you have made the booking, and she will complete the check-in on your arrival.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The location is pretty unique: it has the charming, local feel but just a short walk away from the town centre. Here you will not find high rise buildings or tall blocks of flats. If you seek an authentic Andalusian experience, then this neighbourhood is for you: the little street comprises charming, whitewashed family houses decorated with Andalusian tiles. Near the house there is a big square with a number of local restaurants and bars frequented by locals. Big supermarket (Mascom), bakery and butcher are within a 2-minute walk as well. And all this is just a short 7-8 minute walk from the town centre and all the touristy bars/restaurants/clubs. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the property.
HOW TO GET AROUND:
The house is very easily accessible by public transport: Torremolinos train station is a 6-8 minute walk away, and the train takes you to Malaga Airport in just 12 minutes. But if you arrive by car, parking in the street is free of charge, and you will usually find a space in front of or near the house. Mind you, you will need your advanced parking skills as the street is quite narrow, so smaller or medium sized cars are recommended.
