"This apartment, in my opinion, is in need of modernisation and refurbishment; including (but not limited to) an air-conditioning/heating, wall-mounted, unit in the living area and in the bedroom: propellor ceiling fans and propellor portable fans are not adequate, nor suitable, during the height of summer. The bedroom, in particular, was extremely hot and humid during my stay. The balcony roller-canopy blind was faulty, as was the lift/elevator in this block. The whirlpool tub was padlocked...

"We had a twin room/suite, a little dated however very clean and very comfy beds! Not the hotels fault, but the bins being emptied about 3/4am every morning was a pain if you're facing the street. Also, I think some work was taking place in neighbouring rooms so lots of noise from 07:30 from staff and tradespeople. Great choices of food for breakfast!"

"My wife and I spent 5 wonderful days at Riu Nautalis in Spain. The Hotel was clean, comfortable and the Buffet had some wonderful food choices. The hotel was near the beach and was within walking distance of shops, reasaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time and will use Riu hotels in the future."
