"This villa can offer a large pool with possibilities for diving and jumping. A central location with only a 7-minute walk to the beach. Proximity to restaurants, shops and the tram that takes you quickly to Alicante. Uber Eats also has a good selection of shops and restaurants that deliver within a short time. "Simply amazing, we had a wonderful holidays at this villa. The owner was super lovely, welcomed as with a tray of magdalenas (cakes) that lasted for a week and he was very responsive to communication at all times. The house is impressive. You have everything, every detail, very well maintained. The pool was brilliant ! We spent a superb family time. We will come back for sure! :)"

"We were completely amazed when we arrived at the villa. It is really really beautiful, in a quiet area, clean and everything you need is found. The host couple were really helpful and lovely, their dogs were also really sweet. The villa has really good cooking equipment, a washing machine, very good air conditioning, good wifi and chromecast. The pool was really big and wonderful. Likewise, the outdoor kitchen was great even though we didn't have time to grill ourselves. Thank you very much...

"The property was very well equipped, except there was no kettle, but in need of some renovation s, particularly outside. It was very comfortable, but we felt the security could be improved on, I.e the beach gate and side gate did not lock, and the security grill on the sitting room was broken. "

"Todo muy bien salvo porque en el anuncio salen porterías y red de volley pero en la casa no hay. Piscina muy grande y cuidada y jardín muy amplio. Buen trato con los dueños. El papel higiénico era insuficiente para nuestra estancia. La casa está bien comunicada y tiene un carrefour cerca al que se puede ir andando."

"Clean comfortable"

"Could not have find a more ideally located apartment that offered everything we wanted. Clean, comfortable beds, easy access, rooftop pool and seating area was a super bonus. so many great places to eat and drink within a 2 or 3 minute walk, supermarket across the road, a few minutes walk to Metro/tram. would definitely return, would highly recommend."
