"The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, with several shops and supermarkets close by to stock up on groceries etc. Location wise, it’s perfectly situated to visit all the towns and beaches that the area has to offer. Renting a car is a must to explore the area. Emiliano (the host) and his son were fantastic in giving advice of places to visit and see and made our stay very comfortable. Any questions we had they were happy to answer. We can’t wait to come back...

"We stayed for 2 weeks in July and loved the house and private pool. The house has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. We had a mixture of days by the pool and BBQs in the evenings and days out. We loved the covered terrace which was great as the days were so hot. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms was a life saver. We visited Otranto, Gallipoli, Matera, Santa Maria de Leuca, and Alberobello. There is so much to do. "The property is very suitable for a family group. A caveat is that it works for up to 2 adult couples and several children. We had one other adult who had to find accommodations elsewhere for privacy as the fourth sleeping area is actually the kitchen. Great, functioning wood fired pizza oven was a plus."
