Welcome to The Fairways a beautiful front line air conditioned villa over looking the 6th and 7th fairways on the Mar Menor Golf resort in Torre Pacheco, Murcia, Spain.

The Fairways is located on Calle Cornejo, a perfect location near to The Club Mmgr, Spar supermarket, Ona Hotel and boulevard where you can find a number of bars and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk.

The Fairways has everything you need for your perfect holiday - it really is home from home.
The villa has Free Wifi available throughout the property, TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine and microwave.
The accommodation is non-smoking.
Guests can relax in the garden and enjoy golf views to the rear or soak up the sun on the south facing terrace.

The 2 bed, 2 bathroom property comprises of 1 double ensuite bedroom with sliding doors leading out onto a large terrace with golf views, 1 twin room on the ground floor with access to a 2nd bathroom with a toilet and shower. In addition, there is a sofa bed on ground floor which sleeps 1 – 2 people.

Included in the rental is free access to the 14 communal pools, the nearest one being 2 minutes away by car or a 10-minute walk.

The Club Mmgr is 3-minute walk away from The Fairways and has an open-air gym, mini golf, padel courts, outdoor heated swimming pool open all year around. Sauna, showers, sunbeds are available next to the pool and there is free parking outside.
On site is a friendly café bar with a selection of snacks, meals and drinks all at reasonable prices.
It’s a great place to spend a day and relax.


The Mar Menor Golf clubhouse can be reached by foot or car, just 900 metres from the villa, whilst the world famous La Manga Club Golf Course is 25 km away. There are around 20 golf courses within a half hour drive including New Sierra Golf Club at 19 km and La Serena Golf club at just 5 km away.

The nearest airport is Region de Murcia International Airport, a 25 minute drive and Alicante International airport is just 1 hour away from the Fairways.
The nearest beach and coastal town of Los Alcazares is a mere 10 minute drive with a plethora of bars, restaurants and chiringuitos to choose from.
