"The house was nice and cozy off the coast of sparrow Lake. It was equipped with all the necessities. We had lots of fun playing pool and other games. We had the best time in the backyard sitting by the river and playing games. Definitely will recommend to a friend."

"My husband and I do a trip with another couple every fall. It’s a chance for us to get caught up with one another, cook together, play cards, relax and just enjoy the beauty of the season. This location offers it all! The kitchen is very well set up, there was nothing we needed that it didn’t have. The bathrooms are lovely and the bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely come again!"

"Cottage was great, very bright and lots of room for five adults. We used the wood burning fireplace every evening, and spent the days on the upper deck which has wonderful views. There was lots of comfortable outdoor seating and the area was very quiet. There is no Wi-Fi but the cell phone reception was very good. The satellite TV had lots of channels. Check in was easy with the key code. We will return. "

The host was so great with communication and made sure we were able to get in and didn’t need anything else. I loved the little binder of FYIs about the cottage - made it easy for us. "This beautiful cottage is on a beautiful property with excellent privacy. It has all of the necessities and canoe,paddle board and kayak. It is a gem. The wraparound deck with the large hammock was a favourite of ours during our stay. The dock was reached with ease and was very large with lovely views of the lake. I experienced ease of communication with the rental process. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Paula"

"Nice location and great access to bala groceries and shops. Nice little beach. Nice kayaks, older paddle boat, and shallow water for little kids. Cottage is aging and kept up well. Pillows, linens, and beds are basic and adequate. Great air conditioning. Small washer and dryer was a must for two little kids. Host took a while to respond to messages and there were no checkout instructions, even after sending a message, other than depart by 1100 from the checkin message v"

"The location is good. Close to the beach and grocery store. The swim area access slippery and rocky so I recommend to bring water shoes. The lake is not too busy with motor boats so we were able to catch some fish. The hosts were nice and responsive. Overall nice stay."
