Immaculately styled, yet homely and welcoming, this communal space features sliding doors that encourage easy indoor-outdoor living. A large alfresco entertaining area with 8-seater setting, lawn & tropical gardens are the site for long summer afternoons and BBQ’s.
The stunning fresh white kitchen has wicker pendant lights over the entertainer's island bench which takes centre stage in this beautiful home. There are bar stools for informal meals and a dining table for 6 guests. Quality stainless steel appliances include a 900mm oven and gas cooktop, plus fully stocked crockery and essentials including a Nespresso coffee pod machine.
Two spacious lounge rooms provide functionality and comfort, with luxurious couches to curl up in and watch Netflix or use the wifi. Board games, children’s toys, a high chair and portacot are all available to make family holidays a breeze. There is a gorgeous powder room downstairs, convenient for guests.
Kids will love being able to come and go from the backyard and lawn for outdoor play, and parents will appreciate the secure, fully fenced yard and some toys for their entertainment.
The floorplan comprises all four bedrooms upstairs, plus a landing that offers versatile living space with sensational water views. The master is zoned for privacy and has a sitting area to enjoy phenomenal 180’ ocean views that take in the Barwon Heads Bluff, Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse and the distant shores of Point Nepean. This huge retreat space includes a gas log fireplace, palm frond ceiling fan, Smart TV, large ensuite, with walk-in shower, twin vanities and a separate toilet.
The main bathroom with shower, bath and toilet services the other bedrooms; two with Queen beds and the other with two single beds. They all have built-in robes and pedestal fans, plus ducted heating throughout and a split system air conditioner in the main living area.
All bedrooms have an abundance of natural light and space, and are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible. The master bedroom has reverse cycle heating and cooling and the large 7.5 kw downstairs reverse cycle units keeps the other bedrooms cool/warm. All bedrooms also have fans.

A little further on you will find family-friendly Fisherman’s Beach and Cosy Corner, and on to Torquay Back Beach. Scores of waves are on offer for experienced surfers all the way to the famed Bells Beach and beyond.
This property is located within walking distance of Torquay North’s cafe, restaurants, wine bar, bakery & supermarket. These conveniences are ideal for couples, business travellers and families who don’t want to be in the car the whole time.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property. The garage is not available for use.
The Neighborhood:
Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches including family-favourite, Cosy Corner, are just a few km’s away. Torquay Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking 8mins drive away, and is patrolled in summer months.
Front Beach offers long beach walks and (generally) calm swimming, while Torquay Point, Jan Juc and Bells Beach offer waves for advanced surfers.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Nightjar Markets operate on Thursday nights through January, and are in walking distance.
Farmers Markets are on every Saturday morning at the Surf Coast Shire Council carpark.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 40mins drive away

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to the Dunes Village shops. On and off-street parking available.
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.
