This modern, double storey townhouse is situated in the heart of Old Torquay, a prime location only minutes from the beach, all main cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Comprising 3 generous sized bedrooms, master with en-suite and WIR, a large, open plan kitchen/dining and living area upstairs with ocean views and a large entertaining area. This property is perfect for your holiday!

A second upstairs living area, with bunk beds and two sofa beds, makes this holiday home perfect for the kiddies! With five A/C split systems (including one in each bedroom), and two portable fans, you'll never have to worry about those hot summer nights or the chilly winter days! Be quick to book this one for summer!

Please be advised that linen is not supplied or included in the advertised price however is available to hire through an external provider for an additional cost. Please advise our friendly staff should you wish to hire linen during your stay.

o Week 3 – Friday 10th January to Friday 17th January

Overall was very nice, however when I walked through on my own a few minutes after picking up keys I walked through numerous cobwebs downstairs. These were in the hall and the second and third bedrooms. No other areas.

Old Torquay. Close to everything.
Spacious house. Fantastic location in Old Torquay. Spotless. Well appointed kitchen. No internet, which might not suit some people. Access to double, lock-up garage. Short walk to surf beach & "Cosy Corner", supermarkets, cafes, op shops, bookshop, fish & chips. Short walk to the garden start of beautiful clifftop walk to Jan Juc.
