The Neighborhood:
This property is situated within a family neighborhood and no parties or gatherings are permitted. No loud noise after 8.30pm on weekdays and 10pm weekends.

You will feel relaxed the moment you arrive, driving through the tree-lined streets on approach to the home. Surrounded by native gardens, the ambience of this property is enhanced by its position opposite native parkland, where you can stroll through protected remnant Ironbark forest to a children’s playground and BMX track.

Our beautiful local beaches include world famous surfing reserve, Bells Beach and Winki Pop.
Family-favourite, Cosy Corner, is a few km’s away and both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches offers patrolled family options for swimming and surfing in the summer months.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 50mins drive away

Getting Around:
Our beach house is located 5 minutes out of Torquay and Jan Juc. This beautiful property is located 5-10 minute’s drive from Torquay main beach and is nestled amongst the tranquil bush area of Ocean Acres Estate (between Grossmans and Coombes Rd, Torquay).
Off-street parking available for 2 cars maximum per stay.
