This delightful 4-Star holiday apartment is located on the First floor and accommodates up to 4 people. The property offers stunning sea views from the large south-facing private balcony, furnished with outdoor table and seating. The accommodation is equipped and furnished to a high standard providing all home comforts. Contemporary open plan living/dining area with sea views, furnished with a sofa and armchair, coffee table and a matching side table. An LCD TV with integrated Freeview, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Kitchen comprises an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and full range of utensils. . A dining table with four chairs. Bedroom one is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables complete with matching lamps, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. Bedroom two is furnished with a bunk bed, chest of drawers, and a double wardrobe. Bathroom comprises of a shower bath with a power shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror. Outside is a balcony with a table and seating - perfect for taking in the superb sea views. There is access to the designated barbecue area and communal gardens on site as well as designated parking for one car. A second space can be available upon request. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included with laundry facilities on site.

The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast. Only a few miles from Looe, you can step out onto the South West Coastal Path, walk to great local pubs or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the unrivalled sea views.

4 night break in February
Excellent accommodation in a wonderful position with fabulous views. We arrived early but received a wonderful warm welcome with a coffee, tea and biscuits while we waited for the room. Have already booked a return visit. Can't wait! Thankyou so much. Xx
