Easy check in - though perhaps the code could be a little shorter! 7/8 digits is hard to key in with full hands and a line of people behind you. Otherwise, great location, nice furniture, amenities. Easy street parking directly in front of the building (paid during the day, free overnight). Would stay again!

I've stayed here three times and always appreciate the location and the beautiful apartment. It's a great place to work from and is also great for those who want to buy a few groceries and eat some meals in. Highly recommended.

My only real complaints are how hard it is to initially find the parking area/building. As well as the room being advertised as a queen and king bed but it was actually 2 queens. It’s quite an interesting checkin and parking process but overall once we figured everything out we really enjoyed the location and stay. The view from our room was amazing.

My wife and I decided to get out of our comfort zone and stay at a non-traditional hotel for the Film Festival, and we certainly succeeded! I've never had such an uncomfortable check-in experience in my life. Fortunately a Sonder employee (who, by the way, couldn't have been nicer) assisted us in locating and accessing the room. Otherwise, we would still be wandering around the building. Then, I entered and exited the parking garage three times before I was able to find where to park. Consequently, we missed our dinner reservation that I had made two months earlier. A couple days later, we met a young couple in the elevator who timidly asked us "Did you find the check-in process to be very confusing?" I was relieved to know that it wasn’t just us! Incidentally, the room was wonderful, and the amenities in the building such as the grocery store and food court were great. Now that we are familiar with the process we may consider staying here again next year, but honestly, I'm not sure that we would consider staying at a different Sonder property. One quick post script: Simply adding signage would have been tremendously helpful. Even when returning the parking fob to the main lobby, the clerk in the lobby (who was unaffiliated with Sonder), had no clue where I should go. It turned out that the repository was about five feet from where he was sitting!

A modern apartment block with not much atmosphere, but clean and situated in a buzzy atmosphere. There is no in person representative of Sonder. It's all virtual.

This is a great downtown condo - especially if you want to cook your own meals (although there are a tonne of restaurants nearby). Perfect base for a Toronto visit.

The management could have done a better job to greet the customers and guide them thru the parking procedures and available materials, especially there were few agents or companies running the same place and each receptionist gave different info to get the new customers confused.
