I should have read the reviews!
I could have saved a lot of stress, confusion, and money if I had only read the reviews! The owner never communicated any important info before my arrival (parking, key, room number, etc.), even after many emails and phone calls. When I arrived, I still had no info and the security guard gave me the "we're not a hotel" face. An HOUR later, I finally get a hold of the owner who says he was trying to reach me (yeah, right) and that the condo I booked was flooded and has to send me to another condo!! My first though was, "great, I've been scammed! Turns out I was right: the other condo was TINY, had no towels, no instructions on how to use the TV/cable/satellite box, the drapes did not cover the windows entirely, and there was no parking!! Also the bed was tiny and did not look inviting so I ended up sleeping on the sofa. I called Travelocity to complain and they helped me find a hotel so I wouldn't have to stay at that awful tiny condo. And after all that, the owner refused to give me a full or even a partial refund. Based on the other reviews, this guy should be investigated by Travelocity and not be allowed to post his property. Please heed all the negative reviews and look elsewhere, this condo listing is a scam. A bait-and-switch scam.

Good for young, urban couple who like to explore.
Small for a condo, but much larger than a hotel room. There's a nice bed, couch, TV with Netflix built in, good kitchen, and washer/dryer. The only thing missing perhaps is a desk. In a great walking location with lots of shops and restaurants within 1km. Green P parking garage very close, as well as pay street parking. Hard to beat for the price!

Not a hotel and moved over 1km away
This is NOT a hotel. More AirB&B style. They have a few Condos in Queen West and call that a Condo Hotel. Our room was swapped the day of arrival from one that was 1 block from our son's wedding reception (the reason why we booked it) to one that was 1.5kms away and no longer walking distance for my wife in her heels. The bed was a double, not a queen and was VERY uncomfortable. I was promised a refund of $50 for the inconvenience but have not seen anything. The Condonitself is ok and as long as you're ok with picking a neighbourhood versus a location you might be ok and you don't mind a cheep mattress it was at least clean. But bring your own soaps and toiletries. Again, not really a hotel.

This is not a hotel
This is a guy renting out his condo. Front desk security staff while friendly, and helpful are not trained to help travelers checking in and working out parking. Getting to the room was a bit of a challenge as we had to take one elevator up and then another down to get to the room. Once in the room and we got keys, the fob allowed us to access the building from other doors and then it was easier.

Do not stay here!
We arrived at 11:30 PM and the front desk/security didn't provide much help find our room and it was a maze trying to find the room. When we got to the room, it was not cleaned from the previous occupant. Beds not made, towels on the floor, trash in the can, couch up against kitchen counter, and etc. We obviously did not stay.

Queen West Condo
Beautiful condo. The only downside to my stay was the confusion upon first arrival. I am not entirely familiar with Toronto so I had a bit of trouble finding the building, and there was no contact number available to me to ask questions. Since it was a condo building and not a hotel, you are expected to have a "FOB" key to get into the lobby of the building. My friend and I had to wait for the front desk clerk in the lobby to buzz us in and was confused about my booking a condo room over Hotels.com... almost didn't allow us to stay until I showed my online receipt. There was no number to call to confirm my stay or ask questions. We were finally given a key to the room that the front desk clerk suspected was ours but the whole thing seemed very unprofessional and confusing. If this hadn't occurred and had run more smoothly, the overall stay here would have been fantastic. Also wasn't left with any information on how to get the wifi password. Unsure if I would stay here again due to the unprofessional ism and confusion.

No one was there to receive me? I spent one hour on the phone with Expedia. This is a private residence trying to do air B and B. I called the number listed after arriving it was just an answering service. Worse experience ever!! Please remove your self from Expedia!

1 bedroom condo in new building
New Building, 2nd floor apartment, pretty dark as there is just one window. Nice to have a full kitchen and laundry. Pretty basic furnishing/towels/soap. 1 bedroom closed with sliding frosted glass panels. Great location as there are so many new restaurants that have open on Queen West.

My first time staying in a condo
I never stayed at a condo before. After contacting the owner and "checking in," I was relieved to find that the room was spectacular -- clean bathroom, comfortable bed, reliable cable TV and internet service. The only issue I had was the power to the condo went out on my last night for about an hour. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

Do not book!!
I arrived at the address and the security guard at the building had no idea why I would be there or have a 'hotel' booking. I called Expedia who spoke with him to confirm I was at the right address. I then spent 45 mins on the phone with Expedia while they tried to find me a new hotel because no one could get in touch with anyone via the phone number on the booking. At 2am after getting off a plane this was the last thing I wanted.

When booking a condo on Expedia- I expected at least a few amenities- A hair dryer? Shampoo? Bar soap? No real front desk person to ask for help. Called the property manager (owner?) who promised to bring a hair dryer. Never got one. Clean room. Hard location to find.

Desastre de organizaciones
Cuando llegue la dirección no existía, tuve q llamar al número y no sabían de mi llegada, al rato me mandan a otra dirección y no me dan más indicaciones, encuentro puerta abierta y tengo q volver a llamar para llave y wifi. La tv no funciona. A las 2 horas de llegar me mandan toda la información de bienvenida. Un desastre de organización y vengo muy descontento. Me ale entero, tuve q hacer multitud de llamadas q me costarán mucho dinero y perdí mucho tiempo, experiencia a olvidar y nunca más.
