Front desk staff are excellent. Restaurant is dated and feels like an airport lounge - boring and no pizzazz. Food was so-so - greasy fish and chips. Horrible Caesar salad. Waiter had too much cologne.

It was a great stay, friendly, helpful staff. I was there for a weekend conference. Only suggestions are have guest coffee in the lobby on weekends and not closing down the hotel bar at 11:00 a Saturday night.
