Q. What is the total charge of my stay?
A. Without the need to pay or enter your credit card info, the rate is calculated & displayed here on this page once you enter your dates, and number of guests. In addition to the airbnb fee, there are no further charges, no hidden fees and no extra costs. What you pay here on the site is all you will pay for your reservation at the penthouse. Upon request, daily maid services, in-home massage therapist, personal assistant runner & parking are available at additional cost. Kindly ask for details.
Q. How about cleaning or utility fees? What about taxes? Do I pay extra for anything?
A. No! everything is included in the price of your reservation.
Q. Is the apartment available for my dates?
A. The calendar here is up-to-date.
Q. Im arriving early in the morning or late at night, is that okay?
A. That is not an issue. With advance notice, we can arrange whenever circumstances are permitting. We always do our best to accommodate everything. In times where we have other guests or cleaning turn over not practical, it becomes a bit more tricky but we still do our best to accommodate all requests.
Q. Once i book, how do i get the keys?
A. Once we communicate the approximate time of your arrival and departure, we will coordinate your check in w easy instructions. You will be given a physical key to access the unit.
Q. What is the address?
A. Once the booking is made, and the approximate arrival time is communicated, you will be given the address along with our coordinate's phone number & easy check-in instructions.
Q. Are there towels, pillows, blankets and linens for the beds?
A. Yes! & Everything is fully cleaned by professionals. You will not need to bring anything.
Q. Is the kitchen equipped for cooking?
A. Kitchen has multiple sets of cutlery & cooking utensils. (plenty of glasses, cups, bowls, plates, spoons, forks, knives, pots & pans) You will have everything you need, I promise :) I would ask kindly to clean up after you use it, please do not leave dirty dishes or glasses.
