Beautiful, clean and close to the action. Lots to do and see. Steps to CN tower. Very comfortable and owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.
Great close walk from Union Station. Perfect for walking to downtown attractions. Would definitely not hesitate to book again.

Not as advertised
Be careful when booking this apartment as the one you get is not the one that you will be staying in and despite trying to resolve the situation and ask the host

Clean, well appointed, great location
The place was pleasant, very clean, with lots of amenities like dishwasher, washer/dryer, a nice porch.
My daughter and I were in town for her 23rd birthday. We had an amazing time! The apartment was in a great location. We were less than a block from Rogers Stadium, and a short walk to Scotia Bank Arena and Union station. It was easy to navigate the area and access the subway and cable car system. The apartment was well stocked and comfortable. I highly recommend the apartment.

It was an easy check in and check out. Instructions are clear. Everything you need is there. Very accessible to everything, a few minutes walk to places we intend to go. We needed that exercise so it works for us.
Great little place right near the heart of downtown Toronto. Couldn't be much closer to Rogers Center and other nearby attractions. So handy to have all amenities right in the condo. Would do again.
I was headed to Toronto for a work conference. This spot was cool, had all I needed. The Hunters Landing right outside had great food and a good place for a nightcap beverage. If you want the Ritz, this isn’t it but the owner was super communicative and I’m happy to support them with a positive review. 10/10.

Baseball trip
The location was fine as we have stayed here before BUT when I originally booked the trip we were supposed to be staying at 300 Front Street which our friends have stayed at before and really liked it (and it has a pool). I found out the day we were leaving that we were moved to York Street property. Great location but small condo.

Property was wonderful in both location and amenities.
Communication with host was immediate.
Key fob to enter building made it safe option, I should have requested an extra set of keys as one of us wanted to go out without the other. My fault, if I had mentioned to host I’m sure they would have provided right away. Suggest host provide 2 sets going forward.
Would definitely book this apartment again!!
The unit we got was not the one in the pictures. It was small, cramped, only one bedroom (when two were shown), broken shower head, one trash bag, and one towel. Terrible. We messaged the host and were told the other until wasn’t available. No more VRBO for us

This person was horrible at communicating. They did not respond to multiple inquiries about parking and then canceled the reservation the day before. Stay away from people that do business like this.
I would definitely recommend booking a stay with this host if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Toronto. Me and my company took a trip to the city for the long weekend and needed somewhere to stay, I found this property which was perfect but found out even better news. The host had let us know that we were actually able to stay at his other listed sister property that I was actually interested in getting first. Which worked out perfectly, communication with the host was overall great, just had a bit delay with the check in instructions but he was very quick to communicate afterwards what had happened. Check in and check out was the easiest process I’ve ever had and the host was very responsive during the duration of our stay. The property was also very stocked up with extras to make our stay even more comfortable, as well as the location/view was immaculate. The only downsides were we weren’t able to access the amenities in the building and the bed mattress’ were mid comfortable but like I said overall, I would definitely be back because of all of the other positives! Thank you again for having us!

Paid for 2 Bedrooms got 1 Bedroom
When we arrived at a 1 bedroom apartment I asked the owner if there had been a mistake as I booked and paid for 2 bedrooms (we are faminly of 5). He replied the 2 bedroom had flooded but this apartment still slept 5. Not once did the owner apologise and only begrudgingly offered a $100 total "credit" for a three day booking. I had no choice but to stay as kids were sick and it was new years eve so had nowhere else to go. I said I appreciated being given an apartment but didn't think $100 credit was fair, and that I should be charged the 1 bedroom rate for the apartment I was in and not the 2 bedroom rate that I had paid. Haven't heard from owner since. It also appears from reviews that others have had a similar experience. To top it off I received an email asking for a 5 star review.

Unique Experience
Wonderful - we were able to check in 2 hours early as our train arrived early...thank you.
Strange & notable - the picture above was not the rental location or condo we stayed in. It was disorientating. Check in using a nearby convenience store key kiosk was challenging, as the touch screen was not working properly. The property manager was helpful on the phone with this.
The actual rental was sufficient yet under furnished & under stocked. While the surface area and linens were clean, it needed a thorough cleaning ( a 1/2 inch of dust on ceiling fixtures, fridge was spotless except the seal was dirty). The elevators were often delayed,
The location was awesome - a close walk to Steam whistle, Rogers, Ripley's. Also walked to Hockey Hall of Fame in about 10 minutes and to the pier.
The condo is perfectly situated to attend Blue Jays games, enjoy the atmosphere of downtown Toronto and the waterfront. I give this condo a 4.5 out of five stars because the second bedroom is very tiny and probably more like an office. There’s also no door on it. I could live with this because I understand having a second room is quite desirable downtown. The second issue is, it’s not very well stocked. The kitchen has very little utensils, knives and pots and pans. If you’ve rented this to cook, these are essential.
The check in process was efficient and easy. The communication was fine between the host. I am not a high maintenance renter, so I really didn’t speak to them. They were very prompt and helpful when I did speak to them. I would recommend this rental, overall, as it is clean and well taken care of.
