Amazing small hotel with great architecture and restaurant/ bar. I loved my room.. only issue was lighting is the bathroom was not bright enough but otherwise loved it and will stay again.
I would have preferred better lighting options in the bathroom, especially since all the tile is black.
The shower trim is in need of repair.
In room coffee would be a great addition.
Overall quaint, clean and reasonable.
Wonderful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This hotel is unique. You enter through a restaurant to a "front desk" that's under a staircase in the bar of the restaurant. This isn't a big deal, and the staff were kind. But it feels strange doing hotel business in a bar.
My issues were that the WiFi was really bad. I was not able to maintain a connection, and could not do any work from inside my room. The room also felt a bit rundown. The shower had some mold, and the handle was broken.
Overall, the experience was fine. But not up to standards of a normal hotel.
There was no bedside table and no sockets near the bed. The bedframe was larger than the matress and jutted ou. My husband bashed his leg on the bedframe and I had to consciously avoid doing the same.
Also the hanging space was awkward to get at as the fridge was in front of it. We also found the room rather dark in terms of lighting.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Very expensive for the type of room and service. They made us climb stairs and enter and exit through a back door because there were always events. They never cleaned the room nor did we see any customer service employee.
Our overall stay was average. It was exactly what we needed for the night. There are definitely some updates that could be done to make the property better. Some ideas including 24 seven access in and out of the hotel, preferably by key card or security. My final comment would be to upgrade the amenities like the TV had no channels available and was very small for our liking.

Fridge not working and mold in it, last night of stay there was a lot of noise, air conditioner very loud, mattress worn down, no wifi for 1 day. Overpriced for what it is.
Staff were friendly! Check in and out was hassle-free. Area was quiet at night so i had no problem sleeping but walkable to a lot of places. Temperature controls in the room worked great and the bed was comfy. Only recommendation would be for them to replace the carpet that was very worn and felt cheap and to add a few lights on the wall as it felt a bit dark.
This a place that you choose when you simply need somewhere to crash. They dont have full sheet sets on their beds. And the shower in room 35 was very dirty with mold, mildew, and very dirty grout lines. Shower heads are rusty and dirty and need to be replaced
Different little hotel but very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk easily to the Blue Jays game which was the purpose of our stay. Price was better than a lot of other hotels. We enjoyed it.
