Key and fob is locked in the lockbox. However, lockbox is located across the street from the building. Instruction will be sent on the day of your arrival. Please don't lose the key fob or it will cost $100 to replace.

There is a pet fee $120 CAD per stay. Dog only, maximum of 1. Please clean/pickup after your pet.

We don't have cable but you can use your own streaming accounts on our smart TV

Free parking in the front yard, free street parking. There is also one free parking spaces indoors on the first floor of the building, but please contact us ahead of time if you prefer the indoor spaces

Pool cleaning hours is between 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM every Tuesday to Friday and Monday between 10:40AM - 12:00 PM. This is subject to change, kindly check out the notice outside of the pool during your stay.
