We had booked a room several months in advanced and we were not provided the room we had paid for!! Staff mentioned it was "Expedia's" fault! That their system wasn't updated and to contact them?! Yet, we had friends we also checked in and they got the room we initially wanted! Also, we waited at least 40 minutes so they can check us in due to the hotel's system on the computer. They didn't provide us a refund or a voucher of something?? Just a different room. Never have I ever experienced something like this before! Would not recommend.

Overall poor experience. We were a wedding party with over 8 rooms booked, and no accomodations were made to have the rooms close by or available earlier for getting ready. Considering the price, wish we had stayed elsewhere and will definitely never stay at a Hampton Inn again
