Welcome to our charming home situated in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood in Mississauga!

This home offers a modern finished, spacious living area, a fully stocked kitchen, a private backyard, and parking! Conveniently located within short driving distance from lots of sites including the Fantasy Fair, Humber Arboretum, Illumi Toronto, Chinguacousy Park, and Casino Woodbine. Easy access to Pearson Airport and Humber College and eat and shop at Woodbine Mall Fantasy Fair and Westwood Square.

This 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home is perfect for travelers, families, friends, and even business professionals who visit the city to relax and unwind!

The bright and spacious living area is perfectly designed for relaxation and catching up on your favorite movies on our 45" Samsung Smart TV. Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain. The dining area is a great place to eat and chat.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The main floor bedroom has a double-sized bed. The upstairs bedrooms have double-sized beds each.

Live for the outdoors of this home! Fire up the grill, set up for an evening BBQ, and enjoy the basketball and net in the backyard. There is also a gate in the backyard that accesses a huge park.

High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, and 3 parking spaces in front of the house are all provided during your stay!

*The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

* Basement is not accessible to guests. This is currently occupied.
* Laundry and washer are shared and located in the long-term tenant space in the basement.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A 150 CAD non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Please avoid excessive barking. Thanks!

*Kindly no smoking of any kind inside and outside the house, not even in the backyard. $1,000 fine for non-compliance.
