Condo was not clean so I’m not sure why they charge for cleaning. The shower curtain was so dirty I didn’t want to shower with the curtain inside. The door to the laundry was broken along with the drying being so loud it seems like it’s also broken. The water was not working for 3 days due to repairs in the building. The dishwasher didn’t work. Dishes were dirty. The fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row at 3am. That being said I went down 60 flights of stairs and rally hurt my knees. Parking was a nigtmare ($5 every 25 mins) or 30$ a day through Atlantis suits. Elevator is so busy it takes forever to get to the unit. With all the issues I tried to contact the owner and she told me it’s not her problem and there was nothing she could do other than take care of one night of parking. I wanted to check out but it was non refundable no matter what. I travel a lot and would never stay here again.

Brilliant stay
Would totally recommend Atlantis Suites. Great communication from booking and easy to arrange check in after a long flight. The suite had an AMAZING view, far better than we were expecting. It was well furnished with everything we needed (especially the laundry facilities which were very welcome!!)

We liked everything. Organising, checking in, etc. was seamless. We weren't disturbed by anyone, yet if we had any queries or anything then replies were timely and concise and the people we spoke to were exceptionally friendly and more than helpful. The apartment itself was modern, clean, tidy and had everything we needed plus more. The view was also spectacular. We can't thank them enough for such a wonderful stay!

The apartment was a good size and well-equipped and the location was excellent for my needs (attending a conference at the Westin Castle Harbour Hotel). . However the communication was very poor. After several emails trying to find out how to get the key with no reply, i eventually made a long distance call from NZ to Canada. I inadvertently booked for 2 more nights than I needed (my error) but the owner Tina said she would try to find someone to take them and would get back to me in a couple of days. She never got back to me. Also several mornings there was no hot water and i had to take lukewarm showers which was not pleasant.

Location and ease of access great. View outstanding. Condo itself was wonderful and there is ever imaginable amenity. Very relaxing after a busy day Best possible location if going to Scotia Center.

The unit itself was in a great location and very clean and cozy. The check in process however, after travelling is quite disorganized. We contacted the numbers provided and ended up having to wait 45min to 1hr before some came for the “check in process” in the hallway sitting on our luggage. The process just makes for a frustrating beginning of a trip.

My wishes would be I wish there were 4 chairs at the table, and more dishes and better knives... also suggest some servi g dishes and maybe some plastic wrap or tin foil . Lastly it was nice that there was some ahampoo and conditioner I would have liked some body soap as well,

The bed was okay, but the pillows were horrible quality. The sink in the bathroom was clogged so it would not drain properly. The location is great and central. The check in process is okay, but slightly awkward Can find better on airbnb

Booked for four but not really set up for 4 adults or big enough. Tiny bedroom and bathroom, sofa bed not that comfortable,hot water took 20 minutes to come thru. Had to request extra bedding for bed and utensils for kitchen. Shower over bath wouldn’t empty, had to clean out wad of hair ( part guests) from plug hole. Sheets still in drier at check in.

Fabulous Condo
This condo is near to many attractions in the city (CN Tower, Aquarium) besides that it is just few minutes away from the busiest station in Toronto which is Union Station which connects many areas. A Lot of restaurants near by. In addition to that it is very clean and comfortable and has 24 hours security and has a fabulous lake view.
